1. Decrease Indiana youth tobacco use rates

2. Increase proportion of Hoosiers not exposed to secondhand smoke

3. Decrease Indiana adult smoking rates

4. Maintain state and local infrastructure necessary to lower tobacco use rates and thus make Indiana competitive on economic fronts
