VOICE- the statewide youth initiative working to engage and educate Indiana Youth in a tobacco free lifestyle is holding a Day of Action. This event will be on Monday January 27th from 10am-1pm at the third floor atrium in the Indianapolis statehouse.
Youth from all across the state of Indiana are being asked to attend and engage with each other as well as local and state lawmakers. This forum will give young people an opportunity to hear what is being done about the vaping epidemic and lend their thoughts and opinions towards possible solutions.
This is also an educational opportunity to dispel any "Myths" about vaping or Juuling. Health officials will be on hand to offer facts and provide medically based answers to questions that young people may have when it comes to the use of these products and their safety.
There will also be opportunities to learn what they can do and how they can go back to their community and continue to advocate for change!
